Ya no vivo en Madrid, pero creo que una de las cosas que más echo de menos son las croquetas de Bodegas Rosell, en C/ General Lacy, cerquita del Reina Sofía y la estación de Atocha. Se pueden encontrar en tres versiones: jamón, queso cabrales y bacalao. Son muy recomendables también las berenjenas con salmorejo y la torta del Casar, un queso que se come con cuchara.
